SKI UPCYCLING

ADKskiChairsOfLP

Since 2005, Anne has been crafting eclectic, comfortable Adirondack chairs and assorted home furnishings from skis that would otherwise find their place in the landfill. The goal is to provide an affordable, hand-crafted American-made product to those seeking a unique gift or home accent, while giving avid skiers a unique piece of functional art they can enjoy year round. She developed the only folding Adirondack ski chair on the market, and her work has been shipped throughout the US and Canada. See the Adirondack Ski Chairs of Lake Placid website and Facebook page for the latest.

NATURAL ANNIE PET PRODUCTS

In January 2012, Anne independently researched and developed a full line of all-natural pet treat mixes. She designed and produced all the marketing materials – logo, tagline, labels, packaging, written content, responsive website, Facebook page, and sales materials – and in 2014 launched Natural Annie, LLC. Her product line has expanded to include ready-made treats, pet portraits, chew toys and gift baskets. Anne single-handedly makes all her products from scratch. They are highly regarded by pets and pet owners alike, and are available in several stores in and around Lake Placid, NY. Anne has been featured in Adirondack Life and Strictly Food for Thought magazines.

  1. I was wanting to make some chairs for myself. My brother-in-law and I skied all the time together but he was killed in a car accident recently and I want to make some chairs with his skiis and mine. I am looking for fischer racing cut (blue), K2 612, and rossignol 4S (teal). All skiis made in the late 70 and early 80. Just wondering if you have any, and I could buy them from you.

    • Hi Murray,
I have no idea how I missed this post of yours, and I want to sincerely apologize. I lost my brother, and have been saving his skis too for a special chair. If you still need skis, let me know. I will check my supply if you do.
Again, so sorry for the delay.
      Anne
